Multiple curling leagues are held each year at the Petersham Curling Club. These leagues foster a variety of curling experiences for participants. Whether you are looking for social opportunity or a competitive curling experience, the opportunities are available at the Petersham Curling Club. Monday - 1pm - Open
A pickup league providing an opportunity for individuals available during the midweek daytime to drop-in and curl as they are available. Teams are made up from participants available and present each session. Participants sign up as individuals.
Monday Evening - Open League
Introduced to the club in 2017, this semi-competitive league is tailored to provide participants with the opportunity to submit full or partial teams of any gender combination and to define the team role the participants wish to play. Participants can sign up as full or partial teams or as individuals.
Tuesday - 1pm - Open

Tuesday Evening - Men's League
The Petersham Curling Club Men's League is a semi-competitive league for curlers of different skill levels, fostering great social and learning opportunities. Teams are chosen through a draft by the skips, who are generally chosen by seniority. Win/loss records are tallied throughout the year to decide playoff seeding. Participants sign up as individuals.
Wednesday Evening - Signature League
The Signature League at Petersham Curling Club provides the organization's most competitive curling experience. Points are accumulated through the year leading up to the playoffs. Teams have the opportunity to 'challenge-in' periodically throughout the year. Participants are encouraged to sign up as individuals or teams.
Thursday 1pm - Open
A pickup league providing an opportunity for individuals available during the midweek daytime to drop-in and curl as they are available. Teams are made up from participants available and present each session. Participants sign up as individuals.
Thursday Evening - Doubles League
Doubles Curling was introduced to the Olympics in 2018 with a brother-sister duo (Matt and Becca Hamilton) representing Team USA. This faster-paced, skill-building version of curling is addictive and meets from 8:15pm to 10pm on Thursday nights.
Eight players maximum can play each week. If we have more interested players than spots, bye-weeks will be assigned. Those on the sub list who’d like to sign-up online to play as their schedules allow can do so at the beginning of each week, if space is available.
Thursday Doubles is a pick-up league. Scores are forgotten once we shake hands at the end. There are no play-offs. This is a place to have fun, improve your skills, and try to make that crazy, miracle shot. Participants can sign up for this friendly, light-hearted league as individuals or as pairs.
Thursday Evening - Women's League
The Petersham Curling Club Women's League fosters an environment balancing the social experience curling provides with the fun and active nature of team curling. Participants sign up as individuals and teams are formed by league chairs.
Saturday Morning - Juniors
Available to youth curlers between the ages of 5-18. Each session consists of warm-up and skill development and transitions to curling game-related activities. The supplies and equipment needed to participate are limited to a pair of super-clean athletic shoes and comfortable, stretchy, warm clothes. All other supplies are available through the club. Participants sign up as individuals and may join at any time during the season.
Saturday Evening - Open League
Players at any level are encouraged to join this social league. The league's aim is to have fun, improve curling skills, build connections with other members, and…have more fun. As an open league, there will be no gender restrictions for positions. Participants sign up as individuals.
Sunday Morning - Doubles League

Sunday Evening - Social Development League
This league features a great social opportunity and a low-pressure environment for participants build their curling skills or try out a new position. A great option for new curlers or those looking to build their skills. Participants sign up as individuals.
